Ludi Consulting conducts scientific research into emotional intelligence in managers and their teams in collaboration with Maastricht University. For this research we are looking for managers with a team of at least 4 employees, with sufficient English language skills. As an organization, team and manager, you will:

What happens after I signed up for the interest form?
As soon as enough participants have been registered, we will contact you for the actual registration. This consists of a consent form for each participant individually, in which all details of the study are again explained.
After the participant has completed the consent form, he / she will receive an invitation for the online survey.
How much time will it take me?
You are partcipating in this research through an online questionnaire. We expect that completing the questionnaire and the consent form will take 30-60 minutes for each participant.
Is there a deadline for signing up as a manager?
Yes, the deadline for signing up as a manager is December 18 2020. This consists of filling in the manager consent form and will only take you 5 minutes. This allows us to plan the lead time and number of participants.
Is there a deadline for finishing the questionnaires?
Yes, the first deadline (round 1) for finishing the manager questionnaire and a minimum of 4 employee questionnaire is December 18 2020. This group will receive their feedback with priority. The second deadline (round 2) will be January 15 2021.
I am a manager. How many team members can participate in the study?
For the research you need a team of at least four people, who all participate in the research. You can join this research with a maximum of 10 employee participants.
What do I get after I completed the survey?
After all participants have completed the survey, you will receive individual feedback on your results when you are a manager. Whether you will receive feedback as an employee, depends on your organization’s preferences. Round 1 participants can expect their feedback the first 5-6 weeks of 2021. Round 2 participants can expect their feedback towards the end of Q1.
Will I also receive feedback on the results of my team?
You will receive feedback when 4 or more people from your team have participated and the results cannot easily be traced back individually. As a manager you will not receive individual feedback about your team members.
Will my data be shared with others or will my results be shared with my colleagues, team members or manager?
Nothing is shared with others. All involved in this research are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
